Program Registration Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 15 October 2025
These Registration Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all registrations for, and participation in, any program, course, workshop, seminar, trip, tour, or related service organized, conducted, coordinated, or run by EduPro Learning LLP (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting a registration, paying any amount towards a program, or attending any part of a
program, the customer (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
If the Participant is under 18 years old, the registering parent or legal guardian (“Parent/Guardian”) is the contracting party, enters into the Contract on behalf of the Participant, and is jointly and severally liable for all obligations under the Contract.

2 Contract Formation and Priority
2.1 A binding Contract is formed only when the Company issues a Registration Confirmation. Receipt of a Deposit alone
does not oblige the Company to accept a registration.
2.2 If there is any inconsistency, the Registration Confirmation prevails over these Terms, and these Terms prevail over
any brochure or marketing material.
2.3 These Terms apply to all Programs unless otherwise stated in the Registration Confirmation..
3. Registrations and Payments
3.1 All registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
3.2 Prices published prior to Registration Confirmation may be adjusted to reflect changes in taxes, surcharges, fuel,
currency, or supplier costs. Unless otherwise stated, all amounts are in Singapore Dollars and exclude GST (if
applicable).
3.3 The balance of the Program Fee is due no later than 14 calendar days before the
Commencement Date.
3.4 Default. If any amount is not paid when due, the Company may, at its discretion: (a) suspend or refuse performance;
(b) cancel the Contract; and/or (c) forfeit the Deposit.
3.5 Payment Methods. Payment may be made by PayNow, bank transfer, or credit card. A processing fee of up to 5%
may be charged for credit card payments; no GST is charged on this fee.
4. Changes, Cancellations, and No-Show by Customer
4.1 Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the address stated in the Registration Confirmation and take
effect when acknowledged by the Company in writing. If acknowledgement is not received within 2 Business Days,
you must contact us; the effective date will be when your email is received by our mail server.
4.2 Cancellation Fees (per Participant):
• 41 days or more before Commencement Date: Nil (full refund of Program Fee paid)
• 16 to 40 days before Commencement Date: 50% of the Deposit
• 15 days or fewer before Commencement Date, or No-show: 100% of the Program Fee
4.3 No-show. Failure to check in, depart, or attend as scheduled is treated as a cancellation within 15 days.
4.4 Material Changes. Any material change requested by you (including change of dates, Program or Participant name)
may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking at the Company’s discretion, and the above cancellation fees may
apply.
4.5 Third Party Supplier Terms. For services/components supplied by Third Party Suppliers (e.g., hotel), their
change/cancellation policies apply in addition to the above, together with a Company handling fee of S$100 per
Participant per affected item.
4.6 Visa Refusal. Visa refusal is treated as a Customer cancellation unless directly caused by the Company’s error.
5. Amendments Requested by Customer
5.1 Amendments excluding Program dates: S$100 per Participant per amendment, subject to availability and the
Company’s confirmation.
5.2 Program date amendments: subject to clause 4 (may be treated as cancellation + rebooking).

6.1 The Company may vary itineraries, accommodation, or schedules at any time due to operational requirements,
safety, supplier availability, or a Force Majeure Event, using reasonable endeavours to provide a comparable
alternative where practicable.
6.2 The Company may cancel a Program prior to Commencement Date for any reason including insufficient
participation, supplier failure, or a Force Majeure Event. Where cancellation occurs, the Company may offer
alternatives. If you do not accept an alternative, the Company will refund amounts paid for the cancelled Program,
less any irrecoverable Third Party Supplier costs.
6.3 The Company is not liable for incidental or consequential losses (e.g., travel time, leave, visas) arising from
variations or cancellations, subject to clause 16.2.
7. Inclusions and Exclusions
7.1 Inclusions. The Registration Confirmation will specify inclusions. Unless stated otherwise, Programs with
accommodation are based on twin-sharing; single room requests are subject to availability and a single supplement
payable upon confirmation.
7.2 Exclusions. Unless expressly included, Program Fees exclude visa fees, room service, beverages, laundry, travel
insurance, gratuities, porterage, tips, personal expenses, and any other unspecified items.
8. Accommodation
8.1 If the stipulated accommodation is unavailable, the Company may provide reasonably comparable or higher-
standard accommodation at no additional cost; no refund is payable for such substitution.

and may be dynamically priced.

provide proof may result in cancellation treated as a Customer cancellation within 15 days (clause 4.2).
10. Meals and Dietary Requirements
10.1 Meals included are as stated in the itinerary/Registration Confirmation.
10.2 The Company will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate pre-notified dietary requirements but does not

from the scheduled return date and sufficient blank facing pages, and for obtaining all required visas, permits, and
health/vaccination certificates.
12.2 Different consulates require varying processing times for visas; you should check requirements at least two (2)
months before the Commencement Date.
12.3 Where applicable, you are responsible for obtaining exit permits (including MINDEF exit permits).
12.4 You shall indemnify the Company for any fines, penalties, liabilities, or expenses arising from your failure to hold
required documents or comply with immigration, customs, or health regulations.
13. Extensions and Deviations
13.1 Any extension of stay or deviation from the group itinerary is at your own cost and risk. You are responsible for
arranging accommodation and confirmed return travel outside the Program.

14.2 You must comply with all safety instructions, laws, venue rules, and reasonable directions from the Company or its
representatives.

natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics and related governmental measures, public health emergencies, war,
terrorism, civil commotion, labour disputes, industrial actions, acts or orders of authorities, changes in laws,
supplier insolvency or failure, utility or system failures, severe weather, and similar events.
15.2 If a Force Majeure Event prevents, hinders, or delays performance, the company may suspend, vary, or cancel the
Program (or any part). The company will use reasonable endeavours to provide an alternative of comparable value
where practicable. Otherwise, refunds are limited to amounts the Company is able to recover from Third Party
Suppliers, less reasonable administrative costs.

16.1 The Company acts as organizer and/or agent for Third Party Suppliers. Third Party Supplier services are subject to
their terms and conditions.
16.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in
connection with the Program and the Contract (whether in contract, tort including negligence, statute, or otherwise)
shall not exceed the Program Fee actually paid to the Company for the affected Participant(s).
16.3 Exclusions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
punitive, or consequential loss; loss of enjoyment; loss of profits; or wasted expenditure.
16.4 Carve-outs. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or
fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

Contract or misconduct.
